What is Spatial Mailbox?

Spatial Mailbox is a free VR letter-writing app for Meta Quest. You write with your hands, decorate your letters with stickers and GIFs, and send mail to friends and pen pals around the world.

Is it free?

Yes. Spatial Mailbox is free on the Meta Quest store. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases.

How do I sign in on the web?

Use the same email you linked in VR (via Google or magic link). If you only signed in with your Meta account in VR and haven't added an email yet, open the app on your headset and follow the prompt to link an email — that lets you manage your account here on the web.

How do I add a pen pal?

Sign in, head to the Connections page, and search by username or email. Send a connection request — when the other person accepts, you can exchange letters in VR.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in and open Settings → Privacy & data. Account deletion is permanent: your letters, contacts, and profile data are all removed.

Is my data private?

Letters are only readable by the sender and the recipient. We never sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

I lost access to my account.

Email hello@studiosyro.com with the username or Meta account you used in VR and we'll help you recover access.
